Audio or radio frequency - Scalewatcher uses a patented audio frequency system. Most other products therefore use radio frequency. This is not as effective and needs more space for two coils and can interfere with radio and TV

Performance Guarantee
 

We guarantee that the Scalewatcher will work for you in accordance with our clearly stated performance guidelines. It will de-scale your existing system and prevent further hard water scale build up. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Scalewatcher you are asked to contact us.

If we are unable to improve the performance we refund the purchase price in full. The performance guarantee is limited to a 6 month period although we do our best to help customers beyond that time.
